I deleted 7 years of blog posts, all my Twitter followers, and everything in Google Reader. Curious on where it leads me and how I will see things differently this time around.

Not a lot of room for slightly-out-of-the-ordinary.

Why?
I’ve done similar things to my RSS reader before. Each time I do it I seem to both read more of what I am subscribed to and, more importantly, I start finding new and different people to read. It forces me to consciously think about who I’m watching and what I’m paying attention to.
Doing the same with Twitter is a little harder.
Blowing away the blog (well, I made a backup) follows a similar idea, but more in terms of exploring “Will I write different?”
