The Genius Bar K12 Style

Aside

When I picked up my G5 desktop last May in one of Apple’s retail stores, the Genius Bar etched itself in my mind. What a great idea from technical support to training to just being open to conversation. Has anybody out their replicated this in K12 schools? I’d like to shatter the mold on “technical support” and “technology training” practices of the past.

What kind of things would you like to see, either as a “patron” or as the “bartender” of this concept?
